What do you do?

I work as an Outbound Customer Relations Agent, responsible for communicating with our customers in Sweden and Norway.

What does your team do?

My team and I work to strengthen the execution of Entercards retention strategies. We contact our customers daily by phone through various campaigns and activities. An important part of our work is to activate and keep customers who are considering other providers.

Our goal is to engage our existing customers while increasing their satisfaction by supporting them throughout their entire journey. We aim to provide top-notch service and ensure that the customer feels seen, heard, and satisfied with us as their credit provider.

What is the best thing about Entercard?

Since my first day at Entercard, I’ve felt truly valued and appreciated. The people I interact with are always friendly and supportive, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere that motivates me and makes me feel connected every day.

How is it to work with your role in the finance industry?

Working in my role within the finance industry is both exciting and stimulating. I have the opportunity to engage directly with our customers, which allows me to receive valuable feedback and truly understand their needs. This direct connection makes the work rewarding, as I can contribute to their satisfaction and help build lasting relationships.
