What do you do?

I work as an Outbound Customer Relations Agent, responsible for communicating with our customers in Sweden and Norway.


What does your team do?

My team and I work to strengthen the execution of Entercards retention strategies. We contact our customers daily by phone through various campaigns and activities. An important part of our work is to activate and keep customers who are considering other providers.

What is the best thing about Entercard?

Working in my role within the finance industry is both exciting and stimulating. This direct connection makes the work rewarding, as I can contribute to their satisfaction and help build lasting relationships.
