What do you do?
I am the team leader for Fraud&Chargeback and Application Handling.
What does your team do?
At Fraud&Chargeback we have our monitoring system Falcon which monitors all transactions that occur on all our cards. We contact customers if the system reacts to something suspicious. We accept complaints and help customers get their money back if they have not received their goods, have been charged the wrong amount, double charge, unknown transactions, etc. We are an intermediary between the customer and Mastercard.
At application handling, applications for cards or loans are processed.

What is the best thing about Entercard?
From day 1 I have felt welcome. I have worked here for 13 years this year, and I look forward to going to work every day. An incredible number of nice and good colleagues. Lots of humor and high standards. Here you are allowed to make mistakes, try new things and you are allowed to be involved in many projects.
Working at Fraud & Chargeback is incredibly exciting. Fraudsters find new ways and we have to try to be at the forefront all the time. The customers are grateful that we help them. We never have a dull day at work.
How is it to work with your role in the finance industry?
Mentioned a little about it in the previous question, but incredibly exciting job we have. A lot is happening, and we have to keep up. The scammers are always one step ahead and we have to do everything we can to stop them.
