Whistleblowing means to notify somebody with the authority to decide and/or influence matters of a particular concern such as breach of laws, ethical guidelines etc., regarding e.g. corruption, economic irregularities, and other offences within Entercard.

Entercard has a dedicated whistleblowing process for reporting irregularities. If an employee or another person observes any possible unethical or unlawful behavior, Entercard encourages you to report your concerns. Reports can also be made anonymously through the anonymous reporting channel &frankly.

Whistleblowing principles

  • Protection: Entercard is committed to protecting a whistleblower from retaliation, discrimination, or any adverse consequences for reporting in good faith.

  • Confidentiality: All reports and investigations will be handled with outmost confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Fairness: Every reported concern will be treated objectively, investigated thoroughly  and appropriate actions will be taken accordingly.

Processing of Personal Data

Within the framework of the whistleblower process, the whistleblower function may process personal data in reporting and follow-up cases. The legal basis for personal data processing is legal obligation, where the whistleblower function is required by law to receive and investigate whistleblower cases. If an incoming report contains personal data about a person other than the person reporting, this other person will not be specifically informed about the personal data processing. Entercard follows the principle of storage minimization. This means that personal data is only saved for as long as it is necessary in order to follow-up a case of a whistleblower report, and in any case no longer than two years after the case has been closed.
